Our Team
Mike Ciccarelli
marriage mentor / teacher
Mike grew up in Maine and followed his beautiful wife to Iowa, whereby the grace of God, he made Jesus the Lord of his life. He attended New England Bible College and Colorado Christian University and has been in ministry since 2009. Mike has been called to start and lead various ministries in previous churches, including an SBC Church Plant. Some include: Celebrate Recovery, various praise brand leadership and he currently runs Real Christian Marriage with his wife Elizabeth.
In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, the beach, playing guitar and an occasional circle track race.
Elizabeth Ciccarelli Women's Mentor/teacher
Elizabeth grew up in the Farmingdale, Maine area and returned home after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in animal Ecology from Iowa State University, where she also accepted Jesus. She then earned a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Maine and taught science in the public school system for fifteen years. Elizabeth has been serving in the church for over 20 years. She has led Children’s Ministries, Women’s Bible Studies, initiated a Marriage Mentoring Ministry, and sang in the Worship Band. She is currently the leader for the Solid Rock Church Women’s Ministry. She and her husband Mike have been married for 21 years and are blessed with three children - Colby, Genevieve, and Uriah - and have recently welcomed a Westie into the family. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys walking outside, lounging at the beach, or reading a good book on her porch swing.
